Family Sharing error in iPhone app store

I set my wife and I up on Family Sharing as a test before setting it up for my whole family. I invited her iCloud account, she accepted and verified it, and when she is in the app store on her iPhone if she chooses an app I have already purchased she gets the message that it was already purchased and asks if she wants to download it. Great. If she tries to buy a new app, it downloads. Great. On MY phone, if I go in the app store and go to Updates - Purchased, I see me and I see her, and I can tap her and see the new stuff she downloaded.

However ... on HER phone, if I go int the app store and go to Update - Purchased there is a message on the screen saynig that Family Sharing is set up on her device using a different iCloud account. There is a link for More Info. If I touch that it takes me to the Family Sharing setup screen in her iCloud section of settings. And there I can see that her iCloud account is the exact same one she is invited with. It makes no sense at all. All the email addresses match up. It's driving me nuts.

Anyone else seen this happen?

I used to work for Apple as a Family Room Specialist and something like this the solution would be to remove the person and re-add them. Well apparently you can only start or join a Family Share twice a year. So now she's locked out. We didn't get any warning until after it happen. We're really upset because this was the feature we were most excited about with iOS 8.

YES, I am having the same issue. I can open and view all shared content in the iTunes App, using Family Sharing, but when I go to Purchases in the App Store, it says the following:

"This iTunes account is set up to use Family Sharing with a different iCloud account than" _______________ Learn More

It makes no sense, because like I said before, I can share and view all family members iTunes App content. The problem is in the App Store and only on my iPhone. If I log in to the App Store on my Mac, it tells me:

"You are part of a Family. You can manage Family Sharing in the Settings App on the supported device or computer."

HELP!

I have been getting this error too on my phone. We tried something and signed me out of icloud and now all past purchases/downloads show up, anytime I sign back into icloud I get the message under the app store that it is set up under a different icloud account, like you mentioned. We have no clue how to fix this, but wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one.

I also have this issue on my wife's phone and the above procedures did not work for me. I talked to AppleCare Tier I & II. Now her account is in troubleshooting mode and the issue has been forwarded to Apple engineers. For troubleshooting, I used her Apple ID on my iPad and it worked just fine (maybe a phone issue?). Also, "Restore" on the phone did not work. I'll post as I get updates from Apple.
