Frequently Visited Websites
How can I remove Frequently Visited Websites from showing up on the bottom of the page when I open Safari on my iPad after installing iOS 8?

I have tried several of the methods suggested to turn the Frequently Visited feature off but it keeps coming back after a few hours or days. This is so annoying it makes me regret buying into Apple's products. I like to be able to control my devices. Apple needs a method that really "Turns the feature OFF".
