LTE is not working on iPhone 6 plus

i just got the iPhone 6 plus and it seems like it's not connecting to LTE. I only see 4G icon showing even though my daughter's iPhone 5 is displaying LTE on her phone. Is this a carrier issue or the iPhone?

I have had the same issue since May 27, 2016; traveled from my home area and lost all cell phone connectivity; went to Verizon and did a network settings reset and got cellular service everywhere BUT INSIDE MY HOUSE. I have been to Verizon four times since and the Apple Store twice. Verizon says it's my 6+ phone antenna and Apple Store says my phone is in mint condition. I checked the discussion online about this exact topic and I don't want to switch phones to just have the same problem because I want the same device. Today, I called Verizon tech 2 level support and the woman enabled wifi calling (why no one tried this earlier is beyond me)! So, I can call from my house now, but I still can't get the LTE signal from inside the house. I called my Verizon store to give them this feedback and they said that today alone, they've had ten customers come in the store with my problem (I was the first, six weeks ago). I have tried it all...take the phone back to factory settings, restore, new sim card, take the phone back to factor settings and not restore, but nothing works. I am just happy now I can make calls. I wondered why I have never known about wifi calling...maybe Verizon just wants you to use data, so they never mention this as a possible work-around? Can't wait for the iPhone 7!

Helo there i am using iphone 5s and having same problem.i am on ios 9.3..To use 4g u should know APN of the operator..confirm that ur area has 4g service. Now folow these steps u will get 4g..i assure you..before make sure that u connect to 2g and turn on mobile data..

1.first of all go to voice and put APN in mobile data,LTE setup,Personal hotspot

2.now change the voice to LTE

3.press home immediately

4.now 2g signal cuts and there comes LTE..

BOOM i works.....
