LTE is not working on iPhone 6 plus

i just got the iPhone 6 plus and it seems like it's not connecting to LTE. I only see 4G icon showing even though my daughter's iPhone 5 is displaying LTE on her phone. Is this a carrier issue or the iPhone?

Call your provider and and have them re-provision your phone, in other words - send all your settings and features. reboot and try. If that don't work, you need a new phone.

LTE came on my new iphone 6 after the hard reset. Thanks.
