iPhone 6 plus exchange NOT Working

I had a iPhone 4s and my work uses Microsoft Exchange for their mail.

I have been using that on my phone for over 3 years without issues.

I have purchased a iPhone 6Plus and added the account to that phone and it keeps saying message was rejected by the server.

I cant get any emails either. I have deleted the account on the phone numerous times. Then Re-Adding the Account. But I keep getting the same thing.

Then for the **** of it I added the exchange email to my iPad 3 and it worked fine.

Also I noticed when I am in the settings below the Mail Days to Sync it has (Automatic Reply Loading...)

I dont have this on any other device. what is this ?

Did I find a Bug in iPhone 6+ ???

I have an iPhone 6+ running 8.0.2. Same issue... Exchange account showing no emails.

Tried phone restart, resetting Network settings, deleting email account and re-entering. It says the credentials are OK (get the ticks), but still no emails.

I have an iPhone 5 which got upgraded to 8.0.2, and that is having no problems with the same exchange account.

I have checked the number of devices on webmail, and there were only 3. As they were for old devices, I deleted those. Still, I'm not getting any email.

We have over 300 iphones at this company, and not one of them are upgrading to IOS 8 for fear of losing access to their email.

Apple, please look into this ASAP and give some info.... it's really killing the user experience.

We are having the same issues at my company. We had one user who got a new iphone 5s, we updated it to IOS 8 before setting it up, and it won't sync exchange mail.

All 3 iphone 6 phones that we got so far. Not a single one will sync mail with exchange. Tried updating them to 8.0.2 and it doesn't help.

Resetting network settings, factory resets, deleting devices out of the exchange web portal, etc.. Nothing has solved it for us.

After repeated contact with my company one of the IT employees tried something on their end and the Phone is NOW WORKING! I get my email & more importantly all my contacts associated with it! He would not disclose what he did to me but I suspect it was they had to ALLOW my New phone access. As the server rejected it because it did not recognize it. So I believe they added my phone to the Trusted list.

I HOPE this helps other.

Thanks,

MIKE

Worked perfectly... When I started setting up my 6+ I received an e-mail from our Microsoft server saying exactly the same thing. I thought it was a spam or junk mail so I didnt read it. But it told me exactly what to do... if ONLY I had of read it to begin with.!!

"You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After
you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you
delete existing ones from your account. To do so, sign in to Outlook Web App,
click Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and delete any unused
partnerships."

I figured out how to fix it for 2x of my exchange servers. I went through the Event viewer on the exchange servers themselves and noticed that it was complaining about my user account. I did some googling about the error and found a fix:

Open Active Directory on the domain controller for your exchange and then goto the advanced view.

Open the account that is giving you grief then goto Security -> Advanced

Select Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent.

Then setup the Email on your device again.

after that it worked fine on 2x of my 3x accounts, however I still cant get it to work on 1 of them.
