After IOS 8 upgrade many aplications ( Safari, Facebook, etc) load very, very slow (comparing with 7 version) , with a significant delay of more than 10 seconds...
Who can I solve this problem? Any workaround?

iPad 2
My iPad 2 became unusable after upgrading to iOS 8. Closing an app (single tap on the home button) and app switching (double tap) took forever to the point it felt like the the system had frozen. Everything else seemed to be running in slow motion. It was torture.
I spent the weekend reverting to iOS 7 and then reinstalling apps and reconfiguring everything. Looks like I may have lost the use of some apps too unless I can figure out how to revert them to previous versions (1Password, Pages, and American Airlines).
But my iPad is functional again. Lesson learned!
As it was explained to me the issue is 2 fold. The older processor is less powerful and thus slower and secondly both the new OS and also the new applications or application upgrades are larger so even if one had the OS 7 there might still be problems?
This is going to sound too simple to be true. Once when Safari was crashing for the 100th time that day, I noticed a very brief message saying "Zoom Enabled". Went to Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom and turned off. Immediately, everything is running like it used to.
That's pathetic reasoning, quit defending the indefensible!
Apple PUSHES iOS upgrades, continuous reminders, etc.
Thats, fine, but WARN users that its going to SLOW the iPad2 down,
and allow them to go back to a previous iOS without jailbreaking their
iPads, ie legally.

If you havent 'upgraded' your iPad 2 yet, don't do it.
iOS 7 and 8 SLOW it down terribly, and once you upgrade there is no way back!
The idea is that new software should not become more bloated but rather become more lean and efficient.
That's the general idea in an ideal society, but Apple obviously has other, not so ideal plans..
