loose screen on the iPhone 6?

Does the top left corner of the iPhone 6 have a slight give when you press on it? Every other corner seems to be solid except for that one corner. I will avoid pressing on it but my concern is that it may become loose in the future.

I am also facing the same issue.

I bought 2 new iphone 6 16gb(both purchased on same day).

one of them is working fine,

but on other device I am having the issue of loose display panel.

I went to apple service center but they said they will not replace my phone because its not a hardware issue, they can only repair it.

SERIOUSLY APPLE???

YOUR PEOPLE THINK THAT A LOOSE DISPLAY PANEL IS NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE???????

EVEN A 10 YEAR OLD CHILD CAN TELL YOU THAT ITS A HARDWARE ISSUE.

I posted a video here https://youtu.be/aEkyZb86KRc

Can anybody tell me how to get a replacement

and where to file complaint against that service center??

Given it's two little screws that need to be tightened (some here have done this themselves), it hardly seems worthy of total replacement. Why not just let them tighten the two screws and be done with this.

If your car window becomes loose and it can be tightened, do you expect your car dealer to replace the car? Of course not. Maybe your expectations are unrealistic.

I would suggest no to replace the phone, just fix it. However if you replace, insist on a new in a box phone.

DO not replace with anything else. It will be a refab, which is horrable business.

I Think Apple should not sell the products in sealed boxes, since there are too many production wasters..

If you go to the store you might be able to see all sorts of wasters in showrooms. The customer should be able to check the product before buying.

Just wanted to post my resolution for this for those still experiencing this issue. I had clicking noises from the top left and bottom right corners of my device and was able to resolve this by tightening the two screws at the bottom of the screen on my 6. Tightened both screws about half a turn each and no noise from any areas of the screen. You can pick up a screwdriver for the types of screw on various websites for less than a dollar. If you have a phone repair shop close by they might just do it for free since it's not really a repair and takes less than 30 seconds. I'm not sure if this voids warranty or not so proceed at your own risk; this is simply what worked for me and it was much easier than going through the whole warranty process. 😁

This is an issue with my iPhone 6 too - the screen is popping out for whatever reason. It's less than a year old. Some on here have had problems getting a replacement, others have had no problems getting a replacement from Apple - what's the secret to getting it replaced or repaired? It seems to be quite a common problem with the iPhone 6 - like the faulty batteries on the old iPhone 5, so why don't Apple just have a replacement program for it?

My iPhone6 had clicking sounds all the way down the right side, sometimes moving. I took it in and waited for about two hours (since booking the appointment had no availability at the only time I was available), only to be told that my phone was curved a little which made the screen click. I understand that they do not accept bent phones under warantee, but when I asked for options to solve this, I was told:

-Fix the phone (but it would only fix it cosmetically...whatever that implies. Fixing it being bent?? I don't mind if it's bent, but the clicking noise...)

-Replace the phone for $360

-"Sorry, there's really nothing you can do as you cannot repair or fix this issue"

-"I suggest you fix the right side of your phone as the antenna in the future may break"

I gave Apple Support chat a shot, but they told me that this was not covered under warrantee and that buying the new phone for $360 was the only solution and that a new phone is much more expensive. Quite frustrated at the moment as my one year warrantee is about to expire and my parents have been angry that it was such an expensive phone yet they don't even have options to fix this.

These are just overpriced China made poorly designed crap phones. That what iphone 6 is!

I have been exchanging them more than 15 times. They all are faulty and Apple confirms the faults and continues to replace with wasters.

I even got the money back and went on to buy a new one 2 weeks ago - all the same out of the box - screen is mooving at volume buttons, loose bottom right with a click and the screen is not properly fitted into the case, so the upper side of display just sticks out. I went to service center thay said that they cannot fix this! wow.. This is out of the box production waster. A 2 weeks old phone!

The replace for 360$ is a refab. This is like the worst thing you can ever do to yourself.

I suggest - sine you probably cannot get the money back - go to some different shop address to get it replaced. Good luck

literally the same thing is happening to me. I have the iphone 6plus 128gb and i found out about the clicking thing.

What happened with yours? did it get replaced?

About 3 months ago my camera stopped working and they replaced it for free, but now that I have this issue i dont know if they are gonna be able to fix this. What do you think?

You should have taken it to Apple for a repair.
