loose screen on the iPhone 6?

I have the same problem on both sides (left and right). For me its not normal, and i've called Apple Care, my iPhone will replaced. I'ts the third replace! This is very disappointing for a 800€ device.

I have heard from a technicial of Apple that if you overdo the screws somethings breaks there and then you end up with very, very clicking, shifting, floating etc. screen that you can no longer fix. And you would lose the warranty as well. I wouldn't risk it. Better to take it the tehcnicial to fix this, but most probably if you plan on having this phone for a while you will go there every other month to fix something 🙂

i have the same problem on my 6. And it just started a year after I got it. the bottom left side of the screen clicks And it's annoying.

I Used alcohol 95% on my iphone 6 16gb

and it 100% works even 2 days later it still doesn't make any noisy click

just little bit alcohol on your finger tip can make magical cure for your problem on iphone screen.

I've been having the same problem for months now! I went to the apple store 3 times already by my 3rd visit they finally replaced the phone. i only had to replacement phone for about 2 1/2 weeks now & the screen is clicking again on the bottom right corner!

Im very frustrated with apple & i love their products but yes i expect more!

I Have a a loose screen that click when I push the lower right corner but the senior techical advisors here in Sweden say that this problem are a very common problem and therefore will not replace a loose screen.

SO they should fix it or get it in writing that it is ok for the phone to click and then send it to apple care 🙂

since it is the senior advisor at Apple that say that it is normal for the screen to click and they won't change it I don not know what to do. According to them they have no boss that I can talk to so what they decide is what will be.

I would call the global apple care

Hello, my screen is loose in the corner and it isn't just a little bit, it clicks up the side as well! I also have a crescent moon on my camera. My warrantee runs out next month, and I'm hoping to get a new replacement. Do you think they will replace my phone?

I solved the problem permanently.
This involves unscrewing the phone, so if you do not want to try, I do not recommend to read this solution 🙂

After unscrewing the phone I picked up the screen gently, being careful to TouchID tape.
Under the screen, in the same corners pasted dots double-sided tape.
It is perfect. And (theoretically) no loss of warranty.

It's making me crazy as well. We just had our 4th replacement of an iPhone6 64gb gold. Everytime the same issue. Now it's at the left and right bottom corner, but previously is was at different positions on the screen.

First replacement took place 2 weeks after we bought it new from the Apple store.

2nd Replacement was the replacement service for 29 euro. Both 3rd and 4th replacements were for free. Indeed, Apple support from now on sells it 'as being normal', but I'ld like to know how we should deal with that. I'm not going to repair the phone myself...

I also have this issue but instead of the top left corner, it's both of the bottom corners! 😟 It was never loose before and I have had the phone since February this year. I have dropped it like twice but never majorly and its literally in mint condition apart from there is a slight discolouration about the back facing camera, so frustrating. Do you think they would replace it if I made an appointment?

I have replaced 9 times in the year for the same issue or other issues related with the screen. Its really frustrating. Now I have run out of my warranty and the right corner clicks again. I will go to them today as the phone still has 90 days replacement warranty ....

I've had this exact same problem for 2 times!

In both they replaced it, back here in brasil, with no further questions.

Hope this third one dont presents this problem again in the future.
