loose screen on the iPhone 6?

Does the top left corner of the iPhone 6 have a slight give when you press on it? Every other corner seems to be solid except for that one corner. I will avoid pressing on it but my concern is that it may become loose in the future.

I think it is an issue worth seeing them about and maybe getting a replacement. The phones cost a lot of money and if something is not right I want to sort it out whilst I have the chance.

It may be that it is the same with all of them, and people are just not as fussy as I am - which is why I am interested to hear what others say.

Well I just had a chat with apple support and they said they would like to see it, but after I told them I don't want my brand new phone opened up and tampered with they said they would likely just exchange it.

I am going to look at bit mental when I try to demonstrate what I mean, by tapping on the screen and letting them listen for the clicking sound - as you cannot see any movement but it sounds rough.

I will pop in the the local shop on Saturday.

JB088 - does the screen sound all solid and firm all over on your new one?

I had the same problem with the right side of the iPhone 6 the screen seemed loose behind the camera it also made a clicking sound when I presssed it although I could not see any movement.

I seem to have sorted the problem by holding the problem area between my index finger and thumb with both hands roughly half way across the iPhone and pressing hard as if to try and bend it don't worry it won't bend your only holding it your fingers

What seemed to happen for me when I performed this is I heard a little click .When I checked the screen the movement had gone .

I Don't know if this will work for everyone but it worked for me!

Good Luck

I have iPhone 6 64g. My loose screen is on the bottom right. At first I thought it had something to do with the speaker being right behind it, but after reading this thread (which I'm glad I did), I've made an appointment with the Apple Store. I have a feeling they're going to replace this one because it's pretty loose. Thanks for all the comments. I was just going to take the risk and keep it.

Guys, this is the kind of issue you might just want to deal with for awhile, but not for more than a yr. Other issue may come up that are not covered, or, you may start getting scratches and nicks, etc. If you can wait till the 1 yr warranty is about to expire, THEN, go get your new phone and get everything looking brand new again. Better phone, better re-sale. Replace it now, and you'll have a 2 yr old crappy phone when you need to sell it.

And yes, I have the same issue. One reason you might not want to follow my advice above is if you are about to put on a very expensive screen/body protection that you cannot reuse and don't want to have to buy again. But, even the tempered glass protectors are going for reasonable prices now. (Armor Tech Ballistic for example). Just don't let it get SO banged up that apple doesn't cover it because it looks like it was dropped or abused, which will not be covered.
