loose screen on the iPhone 6?

Does the top left corner of the iPhone 6 have a slight give when you press on it? Every other corner seems to be solid except for that one corner. I will avoid pressing on it but my concern is that it may become loose in the future.

I have this, too. And it's very bad!!! I would have loved to post a video. I can see slight movement when I press down the display there. I exchanged the iPhone 6 three times and only one didn't have this problem. But I had to send it back cause the touch id was broken. All of them had a loose display on the left side, one on the right side. The one with the problem on the left side had a smooth "knock knock" sound, the one with the problem on the right side has a very loud cracking sound. This is so annoying. I guess it is a problem because the iPhone display has a very strange attachment. Other displays like the ones from Samsung are much more tight in place.

The Apple employee from Apple Care told me that they have had some people with this problem before me. The 5S (some of them) had this problem, too. Apple needs to rethink the attachment of the display. 900 Euro for a loose display is way too much.

I have had exactly the same problem. My Iphone 6 screen was loose at the top left corner. It made a klicking sound, and a slight movement when pressing the display there. I have send my IPhone 6 back to the Apple store, and i am waiting to get my money back. I want to order a new one but it seems a lot of people have this problem with the screen. Maybe it is better to wait until Apple has a fix for this problem.

I have a clicking noise near the volume buttons as well. Sometimes it also clicks in the upper-middle of the screen. It doesn't do it all the time, but when it does do it it almost seems like another button the noise can be so loud. I'm wondering if as the iPhone gets used and heats up internally it causes the clicking (or, conversely, makes it go away); I haven't been able to figure out a pattern in terms of what makes it click or what allows it to go back to being solid to the touch. Any one else experience the clicking in phases? Since it doesn't seem to impact the performance of the screen (it's just kind of annoying and feels cheap) I'm wondering if I should keep the phone for a while and see if it gets worse. I know there's a one year warranty, but is Apple more likely to just replace it for me now than they would, say, 6 months from now? Or, if I bring it in in 6 months with the same problem will they make me send it in to be repaired (meaning that I'd be without a smart phone while it gets fixed)? Anyone know Apple's policy on just replacing a phone with a brand new one as opposed to making you send it in to be repaired? Thanks in advance for your input.

this is the real definition of cheapness !! once they released the phone i bought the 6 plus and it got a bit bended took it to apple store and i asked for the normal 6 so they gave me the iphone 6 i unboxed the phone in apple store and i noticed that loose screen in the top left of the phone where the volume buttons i asked the guy from the store if this is normal he was like ofcourse not and he swapped the phone the new was fine, went home and while i was putting my sim card i noticed that freaking antenna cut the line was not completed for some reason lol drove again to the store showed it to the same sales man and he was very embarrassed swapped the freaking phone again i told him to unbox the phone by him self he unboxed it and he checked the phone by him self and heard the clicking sound from the top left side before evening putting the phone in my hand so as usual he asked for a swap and i was like please NO !!

so he called the manager to do the refunding process and the manager was like you can always come back again to get the phone you wanted without any issues and i was yeah sure 🙂.. 2 weeks after i was like lets give it a shot because i really want that iphone -.- , here we go am at the store after i booked the phone through their website unboxed the phone and BOOOM the screen is loose from that stinky top left side i wanted to smash the phone into the ground but i just smiled at his face and before i even say anything he took out his touch machine and was like should we start with the refund process ?? i was speechless to be honest so i smiled again lol !! the point of this experience is when you aim on Apple brand you do that because of their high standards products and their and you spend thousands at their store knowing that the price's meets the standards (typing this paragraph from one of their products the amazing mac pro ) , but after this experience i have to rethink again about my concept and enjoy my disappointment and say RIP Steve Jobs

Wish I never came across this thread now. I just pushed down firmly at the top left of my IP6 and can hear a click, and It does take quite a firm push of the finger to make it click. All those that have replacements, with a firm push there isn't any clicking at all?

This is my 2nd replacement already as the last one had a white spot. Dammit.

I have same screen issue on my white 64gb iphone 6. The lower right corner of the screen was loose and made a clicking sound. All the other corners are solid. The clicking happens intermittently, but still was almost everyday. I made an appointment at my Genius Bar, about 15 miles away, but the clicking wasn't happening at that particular moment, and the store was so loud you wouldn't hear it anyway. He implied he couldn't do anything unless he could reproduce the problem. He said that a slight amount of looseness is with tolerance "within specs" for apple. He said it could be looser in the cold and it needs some extra space to account for expansion in the heat. He didn't seem to want to exchange it and I didnt suggest it either. He took down my serial number and took it to the back and opened it up to look at it. He brought it back out and said the screws were loose at the bottom and he tightened both screws at the bottom. It seems ok now and hasn't made any clicking or looseness since then, but it's only been a few hours.

I will see if the problem returns and bring it back if it gets worse. He said it is still under hardware warranty until next September.

BTW, I had the same issue with my black iPhone 5 two years ago, except i could reproduce the problem in the store and they couldn't fix it and they agreed to exchange it, but they seemed reluctant. The second unit was perfect.
