iPhone 6 Plus bend

you can't take it back. apple is blaming the user not the phone

Yes it bends. The phone is actually very fragile. I have had my 6 plus for about a week. Its in a fairly nice tech21 case. This morning I put the phone in my front pocket and hopped on my motorcycle and rode to work. When i got there i put the phone down on the table and noticed it was wobbling. Took the case off and sure enough it was bent right behind the volume buttons. Just like all the videos on youtube show. I called apple and explained the issue, they said it was physical damaged caused by me putting it in my pocket and sitting down. I explained i had the phone in my front pocket and did not sit on it or anything like that. She told me that the damage was caused by me putting the phone in my pocket. My reply was that she had to be kidding me. NOPE!!!!! It is going to cost me $350 to get the phone repaired. A $900 phone that you can't even put in your pocket. DONT BUY IT!! I filed a complaint with the BBB and am going to make a video to put on youtube to try and help people avoid ending up in my situation. Apple is not owning this defect and you will pay for it.

I keep posting my experience of my 6 plus bending in my from pocket on the way to work on my motorcycle and how apple is blaming me for putting it in my pocket. Also that they want $350 to repair it.

No, you just keep breaking the Terms Of Use that YOU agreed to when joining this Forums. Perhaps read them again.

Don't bother posting a YouTube clip, there are so many bogus ones out there that it will just get lost amongst them. If you feel you are being hard done by, then try legal action. Samsung have some good, out of work lawyers.

Maybe because you posted an inflammatory post OVER AND OVER AND OVER, which was against the terms of use you agreed to when you joined the forum.

This isn't a "say anything you want to say" forum. And honestly? You put your phone in your pants pocket and went for a motorcycle ride, where it would make a lot of sense your leg could be very stressed against a hard object in your pants. And you wonder how you might have put enough pressure on your phone to bend it?

They are trying to do the exact same thing with me...
