Why can't I send or share photos from my iPhone6 photo app? It says "There was a error while preparing to share. Please try again later." It's been 4 days and no luck. Help!

I was having the same problem when I was trying to send pictures from PHOTOs. I isolated problem to occurring only when I did not have a WIFI connection - i.e. when I was 3G only. Turned out to be a settings problem. Went to Settings/Cellular/ USE CELLUAR DATA FOR and activated PHOTOS. Now it works like a charm. Hopefully your solution is also this simple.

Best solution I could find for this problem is by the following these steps
1-"General settings"
2-"Accessibility"
3- "reduced mention"
4- turn it off or on which ever you didn't have.
Hope it works.
It managed 2 photos and then went back to the same message.

I didn't reset Network settings--because I misunderstood you. I turned Wi-fi off in Network settings and turned it on again. Worked! So easy!
What's the answer to this problem, I only see the questions
I meant, in #6 above, to turn wifi back on, not off. Sorry. Oh, all, we tried the turn wifi off and on again and that did not work for us.
