iPhone 6 Plus pre-order delivery estimates

i order on 9/12 from AT&T and my ship date is 10/31-11/11 and still waiting day 39. day 40 and YAHOO just got my tracking number.🙂 I'm in Louisiana

I am French and I just ordered my Iphone 6 64GB Silver on the US Apple store (the price of the Iphone 6 in France is so high...). A friend who sometimes travels between NY and Paris can bring it back to me on the 7th of November or for Christmas. Apple seems to be really bad in maths, they estimate the delivery between the 10-13 of November while on the website they say the delivery will take 7 or 10 business days (??). Do you think it may be delivered sooner or do I have to wait for Christmas ?

I Now have a status of shipped! Delivery date of 10/28/14 by the end of the date and the package has already departed china! Today, is a great day!

@babeebenz - Day 41 and the saga continues. I spoke to someone at Sprint and the "assured" me that my phone would be delivered within the 6 week time frame. Well initially they said it would be shipped in the 6 week time frame but when I pointed out their website said "When you'll get it" not "When it will be shipped" they changed it to I will "assure" you that you will have it before 6 weeks are up. Well I am even going with their date of 9/16 (I ordered on 9/12 it took them till 9/16 to get the order in the system) the latest it should be arriving to me is 10/27 which is the exact end of 6 weeks. I asked how it was being shipped and they said UPS and would take 2 to 5 days for delivery.

So I told them lets do simple math here. If my last date of delivery is 10/27 and it will take 2 to 5 days for delivery it is already late being shipped out as it should have shipped on 9/21 unless they are overnighting it to me. So can we escalate this since I am now past the longest delivery date and they told me that I had to wait till delivery was missed. I told them I am calling on Friday if I don't have a tracking number and getting it escalated as they will not be getting it to me before the last day of my 6 weeks.

I think they also hinted that they MIGHT be receiving a shipment soon because apparently Apple rotates the shipments to the carriers and doesn't send each carrier some phones, they send a lot of phones to one carrier. I dunno.

I Just ordered my iPhone 6 gold 64gb on October 9th with an estimate shipping day of Oct 29-Nov 4th, which just recently changed dis-morning to a shipping day of Oct 28-Nov 14 staus order said preparing to ship!
