Windows 7 on MacBook Pro Retina late 2013. Showing popup window as "Windows detected a hard disk problem"

I have installed Windows 7 64 bit version in my MacBook Pro Retina(13") late 2013 model . It was working fine from last 8 months but recently popup window showing as "Windows detected a hard disk problem" once login. Please check the following image.

I have contacted Apple Support team. They have tested the hard disk while booting from Mac OS and all the reports showing as hard disk is fine. Then I thought might be it was some virus and removed the Bootcamp partition and re-installed Windows 7 Operating System. But once updated Windows 7 with latest updates. This message showing again.

Would you please help me out to fix this issue. Anybody faced similar issue? 😟

Can you erase the internal drive in Disk Utility?

Yes i did that, i erase everything and now i can`t install anything because of the error that appears

Can you run an SMC Reset and test? SMART status for a PCIe flash storage makes very little sense.

What you mean with "very little sense", I just run the SMC reset and still appears the replace message, any other option?

This is in reference to the SMART status. The worst case scenario is replacing the PCIe flash on your Mac.

So i guess am in the worst scenario, replace the SSD, you have any idea where I can do it, from apple service it's cost 2.000 dollars aprox. it's the half of a new MPB.

Can you look at https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro+15-Inch+Retina+Display+Late+2013+SSD+Re placement/23431 and see if you can find the PCIe flash drive for replacement?
