I have an iPhone 5s, and i have never previously had any issues with it. But this morning i went to update my phone, and it did. When it was finished updating it was rebooting, and then it blue screened. Now, it won't stop rebooting. I don't know what to do.. Help please T^T i am really upset right now~!!

Here is what you can try,
Hold both the power and home buttons until the device powers off, may take 10sec. Let go of both as soon as screen goes black.
Open itunes on your computer and plug in your cable to the computer but NOT the phone.
Once itunes is open hold down the home button on phone and plug in cable and continue holding home button until you see the connect to iTunes logo on screen. iTunes will give a msg that a device has been detected in recovery mode. Now select restore and do not disconnect until you see your device in iTunes again.

II'm the same and nothing seems to work very very upset with this. I stay about 30 miles from an apple store.
Just tried it and it doesn't work. Any more ideas on what to do ? please

Its the same as before, restarting then a blue screen appears and boom, starts over again and again.

I Would recommend a fresh install of the IOS.
Goto ipswdownloader.com select your Device/Model/Firmware (8.0.2)
download and save to Desktop. Put device back into recovery mode ( my first reply )
open itunes and hold down Shift key and hit Restore. Select the file you just downloaded and restore. ( on a Mac hold option key)
Awesome, was curious cause that should of cured your prob.
i just ended up going to the apple store with an appointment, and they said my software failed.. and so they gave me a new one for free..
6 hours after i update my iPhone 5s phone still rebooting , serious how many biz i am going to lose now because of a company that as lose its premium standard. iPhone 6 plus bents , 8.0.1 kills your iPhone and make it an iPod , now 8.0.2 kills iPhone 5s's how many hours worldwide people have lost because of this update ?
Same issue. Very disappointed with lack of testing in 8.0.2 update. One should not need to restore from backup after doing a minor update. Tried to use the AppleCare I'd paid for. Couldn't give them my serial number because the etching is so small and low contrast that my 50yo see can't read it.
Thanks, imodztech, your solution worked for me, but I'm disappointed that I've lost two days of SMS and call logs (yes, it seems like the last backup failed too), and that I have to wait for the phone to reinstall my apps, retrain the finger printer reader, re-register several apps, and reinstall my manually managed media.
I True everything you said. The fresh install of the software left me hopefull but about 5 minutes into the restore my phine goes blue, and the restore fails. Any other thoughts?

Did the phone fully restore and you were able to set up as new then it failed?
or it never finished the restore in itunes?
