Blue Screen and Non stop reboot after ios 8.0.2 update?

Worked for me. you have to recover from backup though

Did you happen to see a status bar or anything while the restore was working?

Or is it one of those click on the restore and then wait for the thing to work and when its done it will just show the phone as fixed (showing the serial number and what not)?

I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and not even sure the phone or PC is restoring the iPhone, would be happy to know if there should be something that tells me its actually restoring the phone...

Any info would be great!

Well if it's connected to iTunes it's pretty good.

The blue screen was really nasty.

Are you using a resent backup?

It showed the cable and iTunes on the phone's screen then on the PC it shows iPhone Recovery Mode and I clicked on the Restore iPhone button and then I got nothing, no notifications or status bars.

About 5 minutes ago the phone shut off and then restarted with the grey apple screen and then it went to an all black screen, but it is connected on the PC (comes up saying its an iPhone 5s but no serial number) and I got the same message saying the phone must be restored, so I clicked on the "Restore iPhone" option and now have been waiting again....

It hasn't asked me for a backup...

That's what I did "Restore from iPhone" don't remember status bar but the phone was recovered to the basic out of the baox setup

So how did you know it completed? Did the phone just restart and do you remember how long it took to complete?

I guess I just must be impatient... 😉 LOL

probably 15-20 min. the whole process (Restore iPhone + Restore from backup) took like an hour

go for a walk or somthing😁

Make sure you plug off the cable from iPhone after restore then use the phone for 5 minutes at least by using all original applications .. Then plug it on to the cable connected to itune .. The. Get your last backup back.

before do anything make sure to have latest version of iTunes and restart your laptop.

The above steps has been explained by apple team and its work with me sussecfuly.

Ok it just restarted (almost over an hour) and its back to the Blue screen reboot again... 😟

Actually I got it to work.. Weird it went right back into the Blue screen, then it just kept on rebooting over and over again.

For some reason I hit the home button and the phone buzzed and I saw it asked me if I wanted to trust the phone to the Mac I had it connected to.

It came back and is currently working again... Weird but JOY! 😀

Nope after turning it off and back on its right back to the same issue...

I guess she will have to take the phone to the Apple Store to see if they can fix it..

i tried your solution and in the process of restoring, my iphone 5s stills experiences the bluescreen cut whilst the restore is in process. is that the right feedback?

After the restore did the device boot up and now is useable but you saw the blue screen during boot up?

Or the device is stuck in blue scree/Apple logo/off loop?
