FaceTime camera appears off-center

I noticed today that on my iPhone 6 the FaceTime camera on the front appears way off-center. I've attached a photo, but it's a little hard to see. It doesn't seem to interfere with the camera, but I don't really know that without a comparison and I haven't seen any other iPhone 6 in person to compare how it looks. Should I

take this in to have looked at?

I went to the apple store 1 month ago and they replaced the screen. Immediately had the same problem. Went to the store again and they said they would fix it. Waited for 1hour and 45 min and the tech says they don't fix it anymore. He said they did a 1 time courtesy fix and that was it. Sooo annoying. When it was first fixed they did not say it was a 1 time courtesy fix. they just said they would fix it. I also had a stick on case that they removed. I usually sell the phone after 1 year and get the new one. It will sell for less due to the defect that they won't fix. Also how do they know the padding will not shift and cover the camera. Its shifted a lot in a little time. If it shifts after 1 year I am out of luck because they refused to address it when it started. That makes no sense. Anyone have a similar problem getting it fixed?

Other posts say they have replaced the phone or replaced the screen several times. I don't understand why there is such an inconsistent response. It only seems to happen to the space grey version. Clearly it is a manufacturing defect.

I got my phone changed three weeks ago due to this issue. Apple gave me a new phone as the problem according to technician was not possible to repaired in the shop. Well I did get a brand new iPhone 6, but today it seems the crescent is starting to appear in the new phone as well. I'm kinda ****** because every time you take phone to repair, in Finland you need to wait phoneless for day or two. And getting a new replacing phone didn't ultimately fix the issue as it is repeating with the new one. I just wonder how many days will it take before it starts to getting in front of facetime camera again.. Pff, kinda frustrated to having the same issue. Also one defect that I found in the new one that wasn't in my old iPhone 6 is that the mute switch on the side of the new iPhone 6 is kind of miss angled/aligned in proportion to the hole its peaking from.. Both of the defects don't yet affect the use of the iPhone (Overall I think iPhone 6 is best phone you can possibly get currently), but details like this give a little bad impression of the quality. I may have to call to Apple again in few..

I have an iPhone 6 (64GB Space Grey). Bought it in October 2014 when it was launched here in India. Same issue with the front facing camera. Spoke to Apple Care and they refuse to replace the phone. Apart from that the people working at Apple Care are downright rude and obnoxious now. Ive always had a great experience with Apple Care here and abroad but this is the first time that I've experiences such horrible service. And when I requested them to escalate the problem, they refused to do so.

Extremely disappointed with Apple.

My experience with Apple iPhone 6, this is my letter to Applecare:

On Monday I received the replacement device for my iPhone 6. As you can see from my case, I have replaced this phone 1st time in Riga Service center 14.05.2015 (when I have been using the faulty phone that had the front camera shifted for 1/2 a year). After this I have been receiving replacement devices which all were faulty more than 8 times with all different sort of problems, but mostly front camera crescent, cracks, some objects inside front camera and moving screen. Apple service center has checked and confirmed each and every fault I have had.

Since I felt that the Service center cannot help me, I returned the device directly to you - Applecare. You replaced the phone 3 times. Sending brand new faulty phones back to me. In total I spent 60 days replacing the production wasters.

The phone I have now, this replacement, has the screen not fitted properly, so it moves when gently press on it near the volume buttons (I went into a shop today and checked other phones there, they don't do that of course) ..

Now I am not sure if the camera will shift forming a crescent in near future or anything else bad will show up to the replacement you sent me.. But what I am absolutely sure is that Apple iPhone 6 is the worst quality product I have ever had and there is no point really in replacing the phone, since it comes back faulty with the same or some other problem. Except a strong feeling that I want to have a quality product Apple promises, but doesn't deliver.

So, basically, even though you have replaced the device more than 10 times, I am very unhappy with the result, since I still have a faulty device. It is working for now, so I will replace it later (probably) as well as (probably) place a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, but I am just sick and tired of the process for now and can't be bothered on paying the lawyer and spending any more time on this currently.

So, truly, this is the worst device I have ever had. Since it is faulty to start with and it gets replaced by factory wasters.

I can only throw out the phones of course, but that is stupid and does not really make sense, since it is quite expensive, as well as I bought everything Apple last year November - phones, iPad, tv, airport, macbook etc. and they are supposed to work best together.

I thank you all for your kind patience and understanding. The service you provided was outstanding.

I can only feel for you, that you have to service the lowest possible quality product.

Have a very nice day.

p.s.

Just to mention - during the same time, my wife's iPhone 6 was replaced 4 times due to cracks and screen movement. The screen moves also now on the replacement device, but I am simply sick and tired of continuing the replacement process since it proves to be pointless. So as I said, the device is clearly faulty, but I will proceed maybe later.. However probably pointless.

Also - I replaced iPad air 2 twice at the service center due to production faults.

I have the same issue with mu iPhone 6, Space Gray 64GB for several months now and it looks like the gray crescent is getting larger....... It's not yet affecting the pictures taken with the front camera, but I have had an official Apple reseller take a look at it and they said that if I go to Apple itself they would swap my phone for another one.

Does anyone know if I can swap my phone for a Silver/White one since it appears that these ones do not have this problem? I'm not really interested in swapping my phone several times since a new Space Gray one does not seem to be a solution......
