iPad 2 keeps crashing rebooting after ios 8 update

Since updating my iPad 2 to ios 8 I have had numerous problems with it, first thing that happened was the accesscibility features came on and would'nt turn off, had to attach to my mac and disable them in itunes, also while this was occuring the ipad 2 kept randomly rebooting, this is still occuring, I have so far done a soft reset and a hard reset, I've done a restore, I've updated to ios 8.2 and still the same things happening, this is starting to get very annoying.

iPad 2 was working fine until this update . . please can anyone assist . . .

So my Apple EMIA has now got back to me informing me that he has reached out to his engineers again asking them to provide me with the information, however whether they give me that information or not is up to them, however he has asked.

He also informed me that this will be the last time that he reaches out/asks them and what ever answer they give will be Apple's final answer, I have asked that he provide me with whatever answer that they him to provide it to me on an email, something which he say's he will not do, all answers will be provided by telephone conversation.

Wonder if this is to prevent anything being used against them should I wish to take this further . .

Just got to wait for America to wake up now, as apparently all of Apples engineers are US based it would seem . . let's hope they answer their emails quicker than my EMIA does only took about a week, though it was'nt via email it was via yes you guessed Telephone conversation.

Kelly,

I've tried everything and nothing works, at first Apple said it was a hardware fault without even checking the device, then they said it was software fault after viewing the crash logs and that 8.1.1. should resolve the issue, now they've back tracked and said the crash logs are now telling them its a hardware fault, but they refuse to tell me what the hardware fault is . .

I'm not ill, just extremely **** off at the fact that they are treating someone who over time has spent about £6k on devices from them, might not be a lot in the big picture of things i.e. corperate customers, but at the end of the day they should at least treat all customers with respect and be able to provide simple answers to simple questions . . and put it in writing . .

One of the most frustrating issues in trying to deal with AT&T was their refusal to send me an email confirming information given to me over phone or Chat. I automatically copy and paste Chats to Notes so I have some record of what is promised me, but phone calls are more difficult. And I was simply asking for confirmation of exactly what my plan included and how much it would cost. It all started with trying to move my Uverse service to new location, all of four miles away!

Yep Apple are the same, don't want to put anything in writing, in case it comes back and bites them in the arse.

Anyway my EMIA rang today to inform me that he's still not had anything back from the Engineers in the US, guess there to busy trying to figure out what they are going to palm me off with next, or maybe they are waiting for the next iOS8 update to be released and then tell me to update and see if this resolves my problems, so guessing he won't hear back from them for about 12 days as it seems they always release them around the 17th of the month.

Will email him again on Monday to chase up . .
