iPhone Order Status Problems

Good afternoon,

I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus about a week ago today.

The order status page has came up with a error, either:

Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later.

We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later.

I wonder if anyone is having this problem, or it is just me.

If anyone has had this problem before, do you know what this means? Some people have said Apple is trying to dispatch everything at once. Or is just a general error?

Any help or ideas would be great

Selbe hier, am 20.09 ip6plus bestellt, bezahlt und seit heute keine Bestellungen vorhanden....vielleicht tut sich da was, weil bir mir auch immer stand versandfertig in 3-4 wochen und das seit 2 Wochen, vlt updaten die gerade für jeden den bestelltstatus oder so....mal abwarten

Ich habe vor 2 oder 3 Tagen auf meinen Bestellstatus geschaut und da war noch alles vorhanden. Liefertermin usw. Bestimmt technischer Fehler.

Apple does not participate in the forum. This is a user to user support site. Alfred is a user like you and I are. He cannot give you an answer to your question, he does not have a response from Apple. One of the other posters said they called Apple and his order was still in the system. Take his word for it.

Don't know why topic suddenly changed to german... anyway...

OMG, ordered 6+ 64gb on 26th of september.... and now i get this message, really hope this is just caused by some maintenance on the apple site or something... Anyone has some info yet? Orders came back?

If you've already gotten a reference or a tracking number through email, you should be able to track it through the carriers' websites. Apple Store is probably just being buggy and unintentionally scaring the s**t out of people who are excited to get their phones.

Unfortunately my iPhone 6+ was not shipped yet, so no tracking number yet. Status was on prepairing shipment with estimated delivery between october 8 and 10. Hope they will still be able to make it.

OK, this is not good. My order is gone... And I had already paid for it. Apple needs to fix this.

Order status is still there again, but still 22-29 oct. Delivery time 😟 ordered 21. 09

Again, apples website is currently saying all orders are gone. I called an hour ago and my order is still in the system, yours is as well. They are having site issues and I'm sure they will resolve them shortly. If you are that concerned call apple yourself.
