family shareing for a child under 13 (which I have 1 of) is predicated on me having a credit card ( which I don't have ) what is the altenitive?

You are too young to have an iCloud account, 13 is the minimum age

You are below the minimum age to have an iCloud account, did you put your correct age in when you got the account?

Buy an itunes card £15.00/£25 you just redeem them at the bottom of itunes page

Then you get credit to make purchases .

You can buy at most shops.
