Has anybody that ordered their iPhone 6 Plus through Verizon actually gotten their phone yet? or even got a shipping confirmation email and tracking number? i pre ordered my 6 Plus 64gb Space grey on 9/17 and have a ship date of 10/31, my status on verizon still says order is in process.
Unfortunately I agree with you! Apparently the problem is primarily with the iPhone6+ and those with the 64G and 128G memory. Apple marketeers underestimated the popularity of the 6+ and thought that the size would encourage the IPhone 6 to be the phone of choice. Obviously they stock their own shelves first but it appears that orders placed directly with Apple and those with carriers have about the same delivery dates. If you are fortunate enough to have an Apple store nearby and they have your phone in stock you can cancel your order and buy it at the store but of course most shipments seem to be scheduled 10/29 or before with some falling into 11/4 or before.
I am no worse off than before....they haven't debited my credit card for payment and won't do so until they ship my unit but I have to continue to use my phone that I have successfully been using for the past two years. I feel for those who did not have cell phone service and signed up for service and bought the iPhone6. I guess the carrier will not charge them for service until they activate the phone once it is received.
I ordered mine on Oct. 15 and it says ship by Nov. 14. All I have is the email - when I check my account it doesn't show any orders - I'm assuming that's because they haven't charged my card for it yet? So tired of waiting though!
I want to add my situation to the thread. Ordered iPhone 6+ 128gb through Verizon on October 18, 2014 with a ship by October 31, 2014. I called Verizon on the 31st inquiring on the shipping status. She said it was being processed though fraud and would be shipped as stated. Huh?!? Later that evening, received an email stating insufficient supplies with a new shipping date of 11/21/14. Called Verizon again and rep said he only showed the original email with the ship date of 10/31 and he did not have any info on the email regarding the new ship date! Case of the left hand doesn't know what the right's doing, I guess!
I see posts that some people have received their phones. Hope mine comes sooner than 11/21 as my 4s is crapping out on me!
I also ordered the silver 64gb and have an expected ship date of Friday, ordered mine on the 10/16 though. I called yesterday and the rep assured me that the phone would be shipped out on Friday but I have my doubts.
I Ordered a 64gb silver 6+ on 10/20 as well and have not heard anything. My shpiping date says 11/7 and when I called Verizon they said I am scheduled to RECIEVE IT on 11/7....... I'm not sure they are communicating well. We shall see but as of 3 pm EST i have not heard or seen any activity both via email or bank transactions or iconic status.
Ordered mine off of verizon's site with edge upgrade on 10/13 with ship by date of 11/14. Space gray 64gb 6+. Still have gotten nothing from Verizon regarding my order except the original confirmation email when I placed my order. I check the status everyday and it's always the same being processed with no tracking number. Thought I would for sure get it this week since others with close to the same date have already got thiers. Upgrading from a note 3, been with andriod from the very beginning and just starting to get bored with it, this will be my first iphone. This waiting game has really made me angry though
For those of you who don't want to wait, there are apple store with both iphone 6 and iphone 6+ in stock. This web site is pretty spot on it seems and is updated regularly. It monitors not only apple stores but best buy...etc.

Ordered mine on Oct 14th at a Verizon store and give an expected ship date of Nov 14. Just the other day got an email from Verizon "what to expect with your new phone" so I'm assuming that it is shipping soon. Guy at the Verizon store told me everyone he's talked to who ordered one through Verizon got it early. I'm sure he is trained to say that. How long after getting the "what to expect with your new phone" email did your phone ship? I ordered the space gray 64Gb.
Ordered the iPhone 6 64GB in gold (I have the 5S 32GB in gold) on 10/26 with an expected ship date by 11/21. I have zero patience so I've been reading blogs like this and checking my order status online every day. Tonight the page updated to an order number without a tracking number like some of you have gotten, and the money has been taken from my bank account. Hopefully I'll have tracking information in the next day or so, but either way looks like it's processing 2 weeks earlier than expected. 🙂

Yeah, nothing has changed. No tracking number, no withdraw from my bank account, no new emails - NOTHING!
My expected delivery date is 11/14 - so one week left. For those that have received it 10 days early - lucky you. There seems to be no rhyme or reason why some get it early and some don't (Regarding the 64GB version). I know the silver is less popular but even now people are having a hard time get that one.
@katiemichelle - that's crazy that they have already charged your account, and still no tracking. I ordered mine almost two weeks prior and they still have not hit my account. I did order the Space Grey, which seems to be the most popular but Gold is also very popular.
I'm usually very patient but I'm about over all this BS and waiting. To pay so much and then to have to wait for so long with horrible communication is crap, it really is. I have a 4S and I'm ready to move on - I'm not going to jump through hoops to get a **** phone, they should be jumping through hoops to retain us as customers! For as great as the phone might be - their execution is the worst I've seen.
Please excuse my rant, just starting to get fed up and I know most of you are as well.
My Verizon account looked like your screenshot, but with the the expected ship date of 11/21, until last night. I still don't have a tracking number, but I'm hopeful now that the money has been taken and there's an order number for me to stare at now. I won't get too excited until there's an actual tracking number. Even though I shouldn't be since there seems to be no organized reason for who's getting what on time, I'm still kind of surprised you ordered the grey one a week before me and yours didn't show up yet. I bet it'll update before 11/14, and we'll both be basking in the larger lights of our screens in no time.
Beautiful things are happening. I don't think you got lost in the system, from what I've read some peoples orders suddenly say "cancelled". As long as yours still has that pre-order expected ship by date of 11/14 I wouldn't worry about it. I'd just be frustrated that nothing has changed. I'm sending positive FedEx tracking vibes your way!
You are right! Saturday I received the following email. There was no status change through the weekend, and nothing as of now, but FedEx is usually horrible about that. At least I have a tracking number!! I'm very excited that things are finally moving - still can't believed it took this long.
Fed ex does not update on weekends usually, except for late on sundays when packages get loaded for example mine shipped thursday and i received updates until saturday then sunday i got new updates at around 6 pm

I ordered my iPhone 6 plus space gray 128 GB through verizon Edge on October 23rd. it was suppose to ship by the 14th but it hasnt and I did not receive any emails about the delay when calling they say that it is not shipping by the 21st.

Yes! My IPhone 6 Plus 128gb was supposed to ship on Nov. 21st. I received an email today Nov. 20th telling me, now for the 3rd time, they changed my shipping date to Dec. 12th. My first shipping date was 10/31 then they changed my shipping date to Nov. 21st, and now they changed it again! I hope I get my phone before Christmas. What is going on????😢😠😟😮âš
