I pre ordered a 128 GB Space grey on Verizon over the phone 2 times bother orders "were never placed by a Verizon CSR" is what I was told then i ordered again on October 3 and was told the only model they had was the 128 GB silver in stock ready to ship, so I paid my 300 dollar early edge upgrade and placed the order, hopped online and order a case and glass protector from Verizon.
Next day I had not received a email confirming order so I called in to see why.
I was told because I had a replacement device sent out to me end of august I had to wait 30 days for that imei number to be on account. At this point I became ****** because it had been past 30 days and I still couldn't order. So I tried again on 10/8 online and the order went through, but again I never got the confirmation email, so I called every day until today and was told your order is fine expected ship date is 10/31.
The 4 order numbers they have gave me over the phone all bring up order processing or order cant be found, the order number under my Verizon account when tracked says order doesn't exist.
I called this morning and was told because I did not accept the terms and agreement for the upgrade my phone would not be shipping and have to wait until 11/21. I said this is unacceptable because I have called EVERY SINGLE DAY letting you guys know that I still had not received the edge agreement nor confirmation, twice a day for the last 20 something days.
So I'm supposed to be getting a call today back from a supervisor because I am threatening to pull all 16 of my families lines.
This crap is beyond ******** I'm coming from a LG G3 that I purchased in July on edge after also paying 287 bucks to edge up early. I have had 7 replacement devices from Verizon since July-September 7th and that's and entirely other problem.
