iPhone 6 Plus Verizon shipping/delivery

Has anybody that ordered their iPhone 6 Plus through Verizon actually gotten their phone yet? or even got a shipping confirmation email and tracking number? i pre ordered my 6 Plus 64gb Space grey on 9/17 and have a ship date of 10/31, my status on verizon still says order is in process.

Unfortunately I agree with you! Apparently the problem is primarily with the iPhone6+ and those with the 64G and 128G memory. Apple marketeers underestimated the popularity of the 6+ and thought that the size would encourage the IPhone 6 to be the phone of choice. Obviously they stock their own shelves first but it appears that orders placed directly with Apple and those with carriers have about the same delivery dates. If you are fortunate enough to have an Apple store nearby and they have your phone in stock you can cancel your order and buy it at the store but of course most shipments seem to be scheduled 10/29 or before with some falling into 11/4 or before.


I am no worse off than before....they haven't debited my credit card for payment and won't do so until they ship my unit but I have to continue to use my phone that I have successfully been using for the past two years. I feel for those who did not have cell phone service and signed up for service and bought the iPhone6. I guess the carrier will not charge them for service until they activate the phone once it is received.

I Find your promised delivery date quite interesting. I ordered a 6 plus 64 GB on Sept 15 from Verizon, and the confirmation email stated shipping on or before 11/4. It would appear the 64 size must have some issues. I hope they are all resolved by the time mine ships. My order status page at Verizon says it is "processing ", and it never changes. Now I see 32 countries are being added to the Apple sales mix!

What are they thinking, I've got you on the hook so I'll sell others a promise too? To me there is a huge fairness issue that is compounded by a lack of communications.

I Really would like to know the "true" status of my order, not just processing. I mean after all it is all a giant computerized system, ( isn't it?).

Last Friday I was in my local Sam's club and they had 2 plus phones in stock, but they were 16gb ones.

I guess all we can do is to keep each other posted with updates as we get them, so at least we have some info to give us clarity. Good luck to us all in the que. It would be nice if Apple would read these frustrations and do something for us. Sigh!

I ordered my 6+ 64 GB space gray though Verizon, and it took over a week to even see the product name on the order status page. Now, when I log into my Verizon account, I see the product name but nothing else. No estimated ship date, and it even says the device return period has expired. How can I return something that hasn't even shipped yet? I don't have any idea if or when my phone will ship.

I'm in the same exact boat haha everything is exactly the same color space grey except I even ordered a regular iphone 6 64gb space grey for my girlfriend the guy said she would have same amount of wait as me but the thing is she wasn't a Verizon member she was with cricket and she had to change her number over and become a Verizon member all the sudden her ship date changed to 2 business days we thought it wasn't true because they were completely sold out so either she was getting the wrong phone or magicly she got bumped up the list for who gets there phone first because of money making reason with Apple and Verizon either way it's messed up for the people who have no idea when they are getting there phone mesa AZ sapphire glass company filed for bankruptcy and now they want to shut down the business soooooo who knows *** is going on if I don't see mine or at least have some sort of tracking info on my device by oct 31 Im gonna go the apple store route which I bet they are most likely wanting people to do IIII WAAAANNNNTTT MY PPPPPPHHHHHHOOOONNNNNEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

I have had the same issue. Ordered iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB Gold and was given an estimated ship date of 10/31/14. I was sent a confirmation email but when I check the status it just says processing. Ordered on 9/19/14. I am just as frustrated with Apple and their dispersal policy. I don't live near an Apple store and I had to take advantage of a special in order to upgrade so even if I did live close to one I would have had to still get it through the carrier. I think is is completely idiotic that there are growing wait times and yet they are launching it more countries, countries they know will have high demand. So now I have been waiting almost a month and someone who just ordered will get their phone before I will. Its sad how badly this whole iPhone/iOS rollout has gone. I didn't think Apple was a company that would make such egregious errors in estimating demand, supplying, and releasing a stable OS. I have been a long time Apple devotee but I am seriously considering canceling my order and switching back to Android until Apple can get their act together.

I went to the store the next day and they said they sent me an email the night of 10/24 (date it was supposed to ship) updating me to a ship date of 10/31; I never received an email from them. The same day they told me that, they actually sent me an email at like 11pm and it said ship date of11/3. So I have no clue when it's actually coming and neither do they.

I ordered mine (grey / 64 gb) 9/22. Was told 11/7 ship date.


I got an e-mail last night saying the order was processing.


I got an e-mail this morning saying there was a problem with my credit card and I needed to call.


I called, was told the business unit I needed to speak with wasn't available until Monday morning, but I could try going into a store. I went into a store - they couldn't find my order.


Now checking on-line it's saying my order has been cancelled. That better be a mistake or Verizon will have one very irate customer tomorrow on the line...

Denver, I would be screaming if they canceled your order go in the store first thing in the morning if you can! **** no, there is no way. did you get a screen shot of your order in the que before this happened? I sure hope you did bro, either way you ordered it 3 days after me on 22 Sep they better reset it to that day or it better be shipping! I would go in person, on the phone they can disconnect, make **** up, whatever. In person its just you and them, they can't bs you then. I'm sorry this happened I hope it all works out for you Denver. Hey your Broncos won!

I finally got hold of someone at Verizon who seemed to know what they were doing. She told me my order wasn't cancelled and is trying to figure what's going on. Claims she'll call me back, so we'll see. The on-line system still shows cancelled, although I'm showing a 'hold charge' against my credit card. At best I suspect I'm back in line, but probably have to wait for the next batch to arrive.


Incidentally - I learned something new today. The lady told me that if I lost my place in line and got bumped to the back - they have a process that they can use to get you put back to the original place. Hopefully I don't need it - but it's nice to know that something like that exists.


I'm a corporate customer (phone plan is through work) - so maybe that's only for corporate.


So I've been talked off the ledge for now, but still waiting to see if I get a call back.

So after a little drama, I received my 6+ 128GB Space Gray yesterday. I took the day off work to ensure I was home when delivered. We have a gated entry, so you can't come to the actual front door. However, we have a doorbell with intercom on the gate. I went outside a little after 1:00 & saw a Door Tag from FedEx that they attempted delivery at 12:46. I was livid. I hadn't gone anywhere. The driver never rang the doorbell; my dog never barked. I called FedEx & told them the situation, & they said they would send a request for the driver to make another attempt. About 15 minutes later a manger called me to say that the driver advised there was no way they could come back out. I informed the manger that was unacceptable, as I specifically took the day off & NEED the package today. He informed me he would get back to me. About 20 minutes later he called me back & told me the driver would be back within 30 minutes. Within the 30 minutes they drove up to my house & tapped the horn. Rather than waiting for her to ring the doorbell this time, I went out to her. She was a rude ***** & said, "so you're one of those people who can't live without their phone." I just explained that I've been waiting a long time, & specifically took the day off to receive this package. I also told her it would've been nice had she actually RANG the doorbell when she came last time, rather just tapping her horn. So I'm happy I got my phone, but **** FedEx.

Ordered iPhone 6+ 64GB Silver on 9/20/14 from a local Verizon store. Store clerk assured me that it would ship on or before 10/31. Now the Verizon tracking site says still processing with shipping target date of 11/03. I have my doubts as to whether that will happen, having read four pages of similar stories. What I can't figure out is how some people who ordered similar models MUCH later have them already. Verizon and/or Apple--that stinks. . . My iPhone 5 is going nuts--trying to milk it for a few more days.

My wifes line was eligable for an upgrade. We upgraded her from a white iPhone 4S 32BG to a Silver 64GB 6Plus. We places the order on September 28th and havent received an update on the order. The receipt when the order was processed states that the estimated ship date is October 31st. We checked the order today and there is still no update. Verizon and Apple have one more day to hold true to the original order placed. I wish that they would update their customers on the progress and be honest with us rather than leaving everyone in the dark. Its really off putting and leavea a terrible raste in your mouth about the process. Our card was already charged and we called our local Apple store and they are currently out of stock of the phone. If they happen to receive any before Verizon I will be canceling my order and going straight to Apple. If the order does process, Veric on better hold up their end of the offer with our $200 off for recycling her old phone. We already processed the paperwork for her to return her old phone but are unable to send it out until the new iphone arrives. Its just a mess and so unorganized. I hate to see the holiday season orders for the iphone.

I checked the Verizon Wireless website this morning, and now my order changed from an original order date of 9/18 to an order date of 10/29. They also added the pre-installed SIM card as a "product" in the order. Still no shipping or tracking information...and below that it says I have no orders within the past 150 days. The last (and only) update I got was the email last Friday saying my phone would ship 10/31 - 11/3. So, yeah I'm not really sure what's going on now. Maybe it's getting ready to ship.

I pre ordered a 128 GB Space grey on Verizon over the phone 2 times bother orders "were never placed by a Verizon CSR" is what I was told then i ordered again on October 3 and was told the only model they had was the 128 GB silver in stock ready to ship, so I paid my 300 dollar early edge upgrade and placed the order, hopped online and order a case and glass protector from Verizon.


Next day I had not received a email confirming order so I called in to see why.


I was told because I had a replacement device sent out to me end of august I had to wait 30 days for that imei number to be on account. At this point I became ****** because it had been past 30 days and I still couldn't order. So I tried again on 10/8 online and the order went through, but again I never got the confirmation email, so I called every day until today and was told your order is fine expected ship date is 10/31.


The 4 order numbers they have gave me over the phone all bring up order processing or order cant be found, the order number under my Verizon account when tracked says order doesn't exist.


I called this morning and was told because I did not accept the terms and agreement for the upgrade my phone would not be shipping and have to wait until 11/21. I said this is unacceptable because I have called EVERY SINGLE DAY letting you guys know that I still had not received the edge agreement nor confirmation, twice a day for the last 20 something days.


So I'm supposed to be getting a call today back from a supervisor because I am threatening to pull all 16 of my families lines.


This crap is beyond ******** I'm coming from a LG G3 that I purchased in July on edge after also paying 287 bucks to edge up early. I have had 7 replacement devices from Verizon since July-September 7th and that's and entirely other problem.
