So like I said in a previous post I placed my third order for iPhone 6+ 128gb on October 8th with an expected ship date of Oct. 31st.
I called CSR everyday from the 30th until the 4th and was being told that they have been pushed back to Nov 21st.
I never got an email telling me this like some people have stated.
then I was told it was because I never accepted the T&A for my edge up but I had called them 8 times prior letting them know I had not received them nor had I had got an email confirming my order.
So yesterday I canceled the order and I placed a new one for a 64 gb Plus space grey.
Was told that it also had a Nov 21st ship date but after reading about people getting that model early that's what I went with.
This morning I checked my account and saw a tracking number for my original order and called CSR right away telling them they need to get their **** together this is crazy and to un-cancel the order I canceled and to stop the new order. Was told that isn't possible so I hung up and called back immediately.
The second guy told me that he first order didn't cancel out all the way so that order was still good then he stopped the second order and I actually have an email for that one.
So now my phone will arrive Monday via fed ex, but im fearing that its gonna be returned to Verizon for some reason, and if this happens I will be removing 12 lines and going to ATT.
ALSO if you ordered on EDGE go check your contract Mine says I am paying 47.48 a month but on the website it says I should be paying 39 and some change and they are refusing to change it, but I screen-capped this and will be contacting corporate on Monday after it arrives.
