iPhone 6 Plus Verizon shipping/delivery

Has anybody that ordered their iPhone 6 Plus through Verizon actually gotten their phone yet? or even got a shipping confirmation email and tracking number? i pre ordered my 6 Plus 64gb Space grey on 9/17 and have a ship date of 10/31, my status on verizon still says order is in process.

Unfortunately I agree with you! Apparently the problem is primarily with the iPhone6+ and those with the 64G and 128G memory. Apple marketeers underestimated the popularity of the 6+ and thought that the size would encourage the IPhone 6 to be the phone of choice. Obviously they stock their own shelves first but it appears that orders placed directly with Apple and those with carriers have about the same delivery dates. If you are fortunate enough to have an Apple store nearby and they have your phone in stock you can cancel your order and buy it at the store but of course most shipments seem to be scheduled 10/29 or before with some falling into 11/4 or before.


I am no worse off than before....they haven't debited my credit card for payment and won't do so until they ship my unit but I have to continue to use my phone that I have successfully been using for the past two years. I feel for those who did not have cell phone service and signed up for service and bought the iPhone6. I guess the carrier will not charge them for service until they activate the phone once it is received.

Petri916- Not to be a jerk, but if you do the math out you'd have to pay the $47 monthly to pay off the total cost of the phone over a 20-month payment schedule. If it was a 24-month schedule, then it would be the $39 as advertised. Is it possible that maybe they had to adjust the number of payments based on the renewal date of your contract? Paying the $39.58 over 20 months would mean that in the end you'd have paid only $791.60 for a phone that costs $949.99. I can totally understand the frustration of expecting one thing and ending up with something different, but I think there's probably something else going on that they either didn't explain well or even at all.

I found out earlier this evening when I inquired about and have not had chance to update post it but is that since my first order they changed the edge payments from 20 month to 24 months for other customers and they wont change it. doesnt really matter to me just thought it was kind of funny. Im paying off half the device by end of december either way because I like to upgrade at the end of the year.

Who knows what their system is. I sure hope to see some change soon - anything that confirms that I somehow didn't get lost in the system like some others have. I'm looking forward to burning the retinas of my eye with the large screen! I'm on a 4S so it's going to be a huge jump for me - but I love books and gaming, and I can only envision what Clash of Clans looks like on that magical screen.

Ordered my 64gb 6+ (space grey) this past weekend at a Verizon store in person via early Edge as I figured it'd best be done before the shopping mania starts this holiday season. My projected ship date is 11/21 and I've already gone the route of ordering a case and screen protector. Been checking my status via the preorder page and says in process. I'm seeing some people are getting their phones shipped earlier than their projected times, so is there a chance mine will at least be on time if not potentially early?

I'm hoping so. Granted I'd like my case and screen protector to get here first (won't touch the phone until I apply the screen protector asap), I am just too eager to have the phone in my possession. Ordered a custom case from Case Mate and the prjection time is likely to arrive by mid next week once it has been made. The screen protector is coming from Japan along with a couple of cute phone charms and should be here about the same time as the case

I Feel you, I got the same email, now they're telling me that they will ship in December, this is really frustrating because I have gotten bumped three times so far and I believe that they are giving the phones to new customers instead of the customers like us who have been with them for many years !!! this is

typical of Verizon not taking care of customers who continuously do business with them in their search for new customers. I am going to give them until December and if I don't get my phone I will cancel my three accounts that I have with them which totals about $10,000 a year between my personal and business accounts I am sick and tired of Verizon pulling off BS like this. This is why it's so difficult to continue to do business with that company that is so greedy and unfair .

I though it was just me! I am having so much problems with my 4s IPhone ever since I downloaded that IOS 8. My IPhone 4s hasn't worked right since. When I called Apple to tell them that my 4s is acting up since downloading IOS 8, they wanted to charge me $30.00 to fix it although it's their software that's the problem. I though that was crazy!!! I said no that's Okay, I will just wait for my IPhone 6 plus 128gb. Apple can't be that hard up for money!😮😕😟 I am really thinking about purchasing that Samsung Note 4s.

I really want to be out of Sprint so badly that I am willing to wait. They put me into this awesome data plan at the store, so if I have to wait a few more weeks it's not the end of the world.


I just don't like being jerked around. I feel that the guy at the store really thought the phones would ship by my original date of 10/31. I think Verizon, on the other hand, just keeps throwing out numbers then turning around blaming Apple.


That being said, offering me $10 for my inconvenience is ridiculous. Just don't offer me anything at all. $10 is a **** in the wind.
