iPhone 6 Plus Verizon shipping/delivery

Okay so Verizon just charged my card so I am assuming shipping should be at any time now. Yes no? When I check my order status with Verizon it says that "We are experiencing technical difficulties sorry for the inconvenience" It has been that way for a week. Looking forward to my 6 plus 64gb!!! I have been waiting almost a month.

My card was charged last night & by this afternoon I had a tracking number. Good sign! The Verizon guy I dealt with said my card wouldn't be charged until it was ready to ship.

I ordered my iPhone 6 plus silver (64g) on 10/16. My shipping date was 11/7 from the very beginning. Didnt get any updates, which was annoying, but my iPhone was shipped on the 7th like they promised. My credit card was charged the night before, and I had a tracking number the following day in the afternoon. It was extremely annoying waiting for my phone for a month. I'm very disappointed in the poor service Apple has provided to all of us. Regardless, happy I'm finally getting my phone.

Ordered my 64gb 6+ (space grey) this past weekend at a Verizon store in person via early Edge as I figured it'd best be done before the shopping mania starts this holiday season. My projected ship date is 11/21 and I've already gone the route of ordering a case and screen protector. Been checking my status via the preorder page and says in process. I'm seeing some people are getting their phones shipped earlier than their projected times, so is there a chance mine will at least be on time if not potentially early?

My estimated ship date was 11/21, but it actually shipped on 11/7. My total wait time was 10 days. 🙂

I'm hoping so. Granted I'd like my case and screen protector to get here first (won't touch the phone until I apply the screen protector asap), I am just too eager to have the phone in my possession. Ordered a custom case from Case Mate and the prjection time is likely to arrive by mid next week once it has been made. The screen protector is coming from Japan along with a couple of cute phone charms and should be here about the same time as the case

You are right! Saturday I received the following email. There was no status change through the weekend, and nothing as of now, but FedEx is usually horrible about that. At least I have a tracking number!! I'm very excited that things are finally moving - still can't believed it took this long.

Awesome! My FedEx update took two week days to update itself, so hopefully yours is in transit even if you can't see it yet! I should have mine tomorrow. Hopefully it's been worth our wait!

Fed ex does not update on weekends usually, except for late on sundays when packages get loaded for example mine shipped thursday and i received updates until saturday then sunday i got new updates at around 6 pm

Is it wrong of me to get my hopes up since I just got a "Things to know about your new Verizon phone" email?

What is the potential likelihood my phone is preparing to ship? Has anyone else on Verizon with a preorder gotten an email like this? I saw someone else here said they got this email not too long before receiving a shipping notice.

The same happened to me - read a few posts up and you will see my post. About a week later I received my shipping notice (This past Saturday) scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday!! Hang in there it's coming!

I got the same email on the 4th and my phone shipped on the 10th for delivery tomorrow, the 12th. It's definitely a good sign!

Status now reads: We have received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet.

My "Expected Ship Date" of 11/21 has also disappeared

That means they are getting ready to ship your phone. The status on my wife's order changed to that last Friday and it shipped Monday and she had it Tuesday.
