iPhone 6 vibrate intensity is very very weak compared to previous generation iPhones.

Got iPhone 6 on 9/19. Found out that Vibrate intensity is very very weak on iPhone 6 compared to previous generation iPhones. I keep missing calls and alerts when on vibrate mode. Is there any solution to this ?

In fact I'm back to my iPhone 5 for the past couple of weeks. Not because of the vibration, but been testing the supposedly "OEM" battery. I got a feeling this phone is the last Jobs' message. He was right. this size perfectly fits the hand. Small is indeed, beautiful. It's such a very nice phone, no wonder I've used it for so long. But I guess that's for another topic.

I also have the IPhone 6 with the vibration problem. I did some testing..... and as one post says, yes the vibration does go from side to side. I laid the phone down flat on my desk, and i could barely feel the vibration or hear the slight (rumble) on the desk. I did activate the LED notification, so i knew it was actually ringing and when it started to ring.

My second test, i took my business cards out of the holder. set my phone into the business card holder, with the volume buttons down. I called it again and there was that familiar.. IPhone 4 rumble that i had before i upgraded. so i set my phone in my business card holder while i am at work, and i dont miss a thing. My next test will be the belt clip holder, that holds the phone sideways on the hip.

Wish I never traded in my 5 now. This is ridiculous. Got to be something we can do for us that can't go back to our 5(or other older phone).

Trade in your 6 with brand new, sparkling chamfered-edge Space-Grey 5S 32GB? Touch ID, Bigger battery than 5?

I've been looking at that too but as I own a 5, I had a feeling that I had to sell this one first as it felt a bit too "same". However, the 5 battery life was never a performer since the beginning. The 3G radio in 5 is power hog as well, and I heard it was fixed in 5S.

Apple still holds the crown for best 4" smartphone to date. Well, unless they're coming with 7 Mini or 7C or whatever they call it, with power efficient components, in the future. But then you wouldn't stand missing calls till end of next year would you?
