I'm in the same boat as you. I'm on the fence about canceling at the moment. I ordered a 16GB Gold Plus on October 10th from AT&T, with 11/19 to 12/1 as the expected ship date. I'm trying to be as patient as I can, but it's hard. I already received a case and screen protector from Amazon, and that has made the waiting more difficult. Then there are all those pre-orders that are unfulfilled. This has been the perfect storm for delays and long waits. There are only a few things giving me hope at this point. From what I've read (forums mainly), AT&T usually overestimates. Some have received their phones a few days before the delivery window - others, a week or more prior. The earliest I saw were a couple of 6 Pluses delivered this week after the orders were made around October 1st-2nd. I believe they were 128GB models so maybe that helped. Also, Apple should ramp up production this month. If I don't see anything by the first week of November, I'm calling it in. My 4S works fine, at least. I'd imagine this is much different from your past experience. The only other iPhone I've had is the 3GS on a 2-year. I've been monitoring the inventory at the local Apple and AT&T stores, just in case.
