No SIM ejector tool with my new iphone, why?

I received my new iphone 6 today with a long waiting history, but when I receive my new phone, I can not open the sim slot because the company does not give me a SIM ejector tool. I just want to know why

Thank you for the details.

I didn't know that's the policy there.

Here phones are sold without sim, no matter from which carrier you buy it and all are unlocked.

Sincerely, it's not ok, maybe a buyer wants to switch the carrier or go abroad or etc.

The key is an official accessory and should be left in the box. It's sad they don't. I always had keys with my previous iphones bought from Europe.

No one can take out of the box what wasn't in it in the first place. Apple does not put the SIM ejectors in those boxes when they are at the factory. It was never there in the first place.

How you wish things to be and how Apple does them are not always going to be the same. Submit your feedback here:

mine also is without the tool, and i found out that from the part number located at the back of the box that this was a GSM AT&T. Although it does come with an AT&T Sim, i was able to use my SAudi Arabia SIM with no issues. http://www.techwalls.com/differences-between-iphone-6-6-plus-models/

You will be able to until you restore iOS or update the phone. When that happens it will become locked again to AT&T. Your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it from AT&T; this is never a permanent unlock.
