To date, about 4 people have come to the forum to say they bent their phone. If this was such an issue, we'd be seeing waaaaaaay more reports of bent phones. A friend of mine is an Apple Store Genius and he told me (he'd have no reason to not be honest) that in our local Apple Store, not one person has come in with a bent phone. Apple itself has publicly stated (this was about a week ago) that they've received nine complaints.
So, do the math. Apple how has sold at least 60,000,000 phones and the percentage of complaints isn't even statistically relevant. Bottom line, the phone is thinner and is made of aluminum. Any phone made of aluminum, which stressed enough could bend (not just Apple phones). So put it in a case, don't sit on it and be responsible with your device.

wasnt a 6+ so that doesn't count
Thanks bunk.........
ddid you have a case? What kind? Did you have a screen protector? What kind?
I Don't have a 6, so I can't speak on behalf of the 6.
So you don't have either a 6 or a 6+....
Stop trolling and wasting everyone's time. What are you, five?

I Have a 6+, which is currently under a stack of books to flatten out lol, and looks good so far. who's trolling? I've been getting insults all day! And was only here to share my story.
When you "share" your story in 7 or eight different threads of varying degrees of dormancy, it begins to appear you're doing something quite different. That's especially true when the sharing involves claims of poor design and censorship. And then denying that the issue was you dropped the phone.
You're right, bad choice of words, please understand that it's out of frustration.I really do love apple products, possibly call me an enthusiest for the mobile devices. Just upset my phones broken.
SSorry if I offended anyone

I remember the time I dropped my phone in the parking lot and didn't realize it until it had gotten run over..... It was awful. But, in the end, it's just a phone, a replaceable object. It's not your foot, your kitten or your child. Get a better case, get AppleCare+, move on and enjoy your life.
Yes, after learning that apple care works out for all in the long run, will get it for my other Apple products. Thanks to this Forum.
my phone did not drop, my screen did not brake, my iPhone 5 and my galaxy note 4 did not bend simply from being in my pocket ? its also rather weird that the 6s doesn't seem to having all these complaints about bending problems, hmmm. maybe the 6s comes with that anti gravity feature you mentioned in your last post.
The 6s uses a different grade of aluminum, the same as that used in the Apple Watch.
Consumer Reports pretty much put an end to the bending speculation.
i thought I was tripping. My iphone is bent too!!!
