😉I don't have an answer but from what others have posted about Yosemite there is plenty of server traffic that's causing delays. I would quit the download and wait for an hour or two and try again, Thats only my opinion if it happened to me😉

Hi guys! To resolve your issues regarding unable to download Yosemite, please follow these steps:

  1. Delete the OS X Yosemite file on your Applications.
  2. Sign out from App Store.
  3. Open Finder > Click on Go > press and hold the Option/Alt key on your keyboard
  4. Click on Hidden Library
  5. Open Application Support folder
  6. Locate App Store folder and move this folder to trash
  7. Open Preference Folder
  8. Move com.apple.AppStore.plst to trash
  9. Restart your computer

This will allow the computer to remake those preferences files for the App Store and should let you download the 10.10 upgrade without any issues at all.

I have met this issue and I solved by study somewhere here with two simple steps:

1- Create a other admin account

2- Log in buy the new account.

Download function will run nomally for Yosemite

After dowload you may know:

- Copy the downloaded install file.

- Login using old admin account

- Upgrade...... completed

Hope may work for almost of you. I think the fault come from my changing in some setting regarding to download software from not App application or App certify
