iCloud Drive stuck Setting up...

I have upgraded my new iMac to OS X Yosemite. When asked by the setup whether I wanted to upgrade to iCloud drive, my power went out! When it came back up, the Mac's iCloud setup shows "iCloud Drive Setting up..." perpetually, with the progress wheel spinning. I've tried rebooting and clearing the ubiquitous file and still stuck. Any ideas?

Relaunch the Finder.

Hold the option key on keyboard first and then right-click on Finder Icon in the dock and click 'Relaunch'. After relaunch, it'll work!

I got this issue right after I paid to upgrade my storage options a few weeks ago.

I have the latest iOS9 on my phone and iPad, latest Yosemite on my Macbook Pro.

I would follow the "log out and back" instructions, except I have documents in my iCloud. I would backup my "mobile documents.zip" except it doesn't exist... I have a folder that isn't a folder, sort of...it doesn't have a triangle next to it, and double clicking takes me straight to a finder window displaying "iCloud Setting Up"...which is, of course, what I'm trying to fix.

I can see and get to my iCloud via my iOS devices, but I don't have sufficient space on my devices to download all the things that are there.

Any ideas?
