Aperture won't update to 3.6 under Yosemite

I updated my computer this evening to Yosemite, and all of a sudden Aperture does not work. So, I see that there is an update available for Yosemite compatibilty, and when I go to update, I get the following error: And this was a legit copy of Aperture that I bought way back when 3 came out (actually it was an upgrade from v2)... Any ideas?

Okay, found out my problem - my original Aperture purchase was made using a different Apple ID (somehow I have wound up with 3 of them over the years and there is no way to combine IDs). Apple support was oh so good helping me find out which ID I used to purchase Aperture, and then, like most other posters, I was able to successfully install Aperture 3.6.

Life is back in balance.
