Notification settings not being saved
Anyone else having the trouble that the notification settings are being reset everytime you log-in or restart?
Furthermore, login items are not respecting the 'hide' option.

Thank you so much!!! This solved the problem.
I confirm that this method solved my problem.
This worked for me!
Thanks
Worked for me. Thank you!
This seems to have worked for me too. Fingers crossed!
Truly annoying.
Apple should have fixed this right away.
Silver lining to the fog: Perhaps this bug will alert Apple to the usefulness and desirability of a "Disable Notification Center" option in future OS updates.
Finally researched this issue, and found this thread. Thank you!
Dan Roesser's solution worked for me as well, though I did have a couple minor exceptions.
After I could confirm it worked, I added in a widget that relies on its program running to work (specifically, Fantastical 2). I've noticed after some unknown amount of time without Fantastical 2 running, Notification Center will "forget" its position and I have to move again.
I've noticed the same with Omnifocus 2, though its widget will remain in place, and display outdated data, even if the app is not running. But similar to F2, after some time without OF running, its widget will move.
But I will say overall (i.e, for all other widgets), this solution worked!
