Iphoto Not Working After upgrading to Yosemite

I am unable to use iPhoto after upgrading to Yosemite.

I have two apple id and when I used one of them i get the message This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled'. I am unable to use the other which might the registered Apple Id since the option to log in does not appear. What do I do?

I can't use iPhoto and the iPhoto library to does not work

Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

This is incorrect - iPhoto was not replaced - Photos was added and iPhoto is still in your applications folder and work just fine (you do need the current version 9.6.1 - if you do not keep your system up to date see Can't Update iPhoto because it is not available in the App Store


and Photos certainly does not work the same as iPhoto - it has some common features and many improvements and is missing a few features most of which will be added this fall with the release of El Captain - http://www.apple.com/osx/elcapitan-preview/?cid=wwa-us-kwg-mac-com
