Yosemite broke Apple TV mirroring

No change turning Bluetooth off for me. There seems to be a variety of bugs related to mirroring. Most posts have pinned it down to Yosemite on some iMacs (maybe the graphic adapter?). Here's hoping El Capitan will fix it.

It's not fixed in the beta version of El Capitan

It also doesn't work on El Capitan 09/30 apple released.

I've been trying everything to solve this over the past year and a half with no solution.

The recent upgrade to el capitan fixed it.

Yes! It seems to be working now with El Capitain...finally.

Upgraded to El Capitan and it's STILL broken, this is ridiculous!!!! Bluetooth is completely unusable while mirroring, the upgrade has made absolutely no difference to this issue.

El Capitan seems to be OK for me - mirroring now available in the Airplay menu.

Thanks for taking the time to respond but I don't understand how you can say this isn't entirely Apple's fault, if not Apple's, then who's?

My WiFi network is solid (I get over 3 MB/s when downloading and transferring between devices on the network is many times faster than that). I am using all Apple products that are only talking to each other, all except my router which was supplied by my service provider.

This is without doubt, Apple's fault, I'm not the only one complaining of these issues and the only thing all of us who are experiencing them have in common, is Apple.
