I rip audiobook CDs, and created, via "options," unified complications of audiobooks. I am now shut out from doing this, and told the media is mixed. How to I regain the ability to create audiobooks in iTunes 12?

I'm using iTunes 12.4 and I'm not having any issue with creating audiobooks when importing from CDs - either Apple changed something in the newer iTunes versions, or the only important bit is the import using AAC coding. My settings are AAC-coding / iTunes Plus, and after importing the CDs into iTunes all I do is make sure all CDs and tracks are listed under one entry by editing artist and disc names. After that I can easily change the media to audiobook, and the CD no longer shows up in Music but now appears under Audiobooks/
