iPhoto won't upgrade in Yosemite

I've just updated to OS X Yosemite on my iMac (27-inch, mid 2010 model). I was running 10.6.8 and everything was working fine.

iPhoto is version 9.2.3 and iMovie is version 9.0.4. The App Store won't let me upgrade these apps. I've tried opening from the dock and also the icon in the applications folder. I get the following messages when I try to open iPhoto:

Then when I click on the Search App Store button I get the following message when trying to download the latest version.

What can I do to fix this. I want to be able to access my photos. Thank you.

Looks like that version is looking for another AppleID - essentially it thinks the app belongs to someone else. Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.
