Joining tracks in iTunes 12

Trying to join tracks together in an Audiobook but cannot find anyway to do this in iTunes 12 - I know it was possible in 11, did Apple remove this function in 12 or is it just really well hidden?

Thank you! I don't remember having to click the track column header in the past. This was driving me nuts, because I had the tracks ordered by artist.
