Yosemite killed my Snapz Pro X 2.5.4

HAD the same problem..

I went to link below, uninstalled using the un-installers, the re-installed. It worked!

i downloaded 2.6 - and it permitted me to update for free - however, there has been no change in my audio - the box is still greyed out
any suggestions ?

i read mojoman's comment and went to the link . first i used the uninstall audio file, was told that my system had no audio components, i then installed audio .. no difference

during the last year, i've been recording audio with another company's app (cant use video in its free version), then video with snapZ - afterwards i align them in iMovie, actually its been cool, has forced me to improve my editing skills lol

nonetheless this yosemite snapZ issue has been annoying, wasted an hour on it this morning, with no result

You should use un-installs on ALL parts (app & audio)... then re-install..

You have to dump the entire APP.. that I'm sure about.

I'm using successfully with SnapX Pro 2,.6.0(22113)

I did have issues back about 3 months ago but I think that was on Mavericks.

Suggest you upgrade or uninstall/reinstall.

I have used this app forever and have told the developer they should charge more.... I have gotten my money's worth times 100. I use almost every day for something.
