Cannot take screenshot on iPhone 6 Plus with home power buttons

What happens when you try to take a screenshot? What troubleshooting have you tried?

The process for the screenshot is almost simultaneous. Have your finger right next to the home button right after you hold down the sleep/wake tap (not press) the home key.🙂

Home button + power button = Siri on my new iPhone 6+.

This worked for me on a brand new iPhone 6+.

you have to turn Siri off, otherwise it will kick in when you hold down the Home button

Actually, if you hold the sleep/wake button first, and then tap on the home button, you will not activate Siri, nor do you have to turn Siri off either.

II have his problem too and I have 2 iPhone 6's. I have had 3 iPhone before and always worked. I think it must be something to do with touch? Please help. I have tried the tips below

I try to screenshot, but when I check the picture, it's all black. I've tried assistive touch and it's the same thing!
