Apple Retail Stores are likewise very densely located in and around London.

Expand your chances of getting a reservation by thinking about taking the train or drive to an outlying Store.

Geniuses "specialize" on devices - an iPhone Genius likely will not take an appointment for a MBPro of WATCH

I was able to see reservation times for 22Oct2015 when I tested for an 'non-specific' iPhone hardware problem at

When I tested for a MBPro issue, I had to "move" my Store location to the outskirts to get an appointment on the same day >

How did you get the apple store app. I went to apps and typed in apple store and search returned NO info

The Apple store app can be downloaded on your iPhone or iPad, not a computer.

FWIW, there is no virus on iPads - so explain exactly what is happening, and the model and iOS version you have.
