Why does my wifi turn off at the same time every night?

HI, my wifi turns off at the same time every night. At around 5 or 6:00 at night i dont know why it does this but i really would like it to stop i have the IOS 6.1.6 update i think i have the gerneration four but im not to sure, and when i updated my ipod it deleted my favorite app of all time the original youtube app that looks like an old TV. can some one PLEASE tell me how to fix these irritating issues

P.S. I have an IPOD touch and I have about 320MB of storage

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6

Can you indicate your complete connection again? From this, it seems you have Verizon internet, connected to Windows 7 computer and then are supplying the Wi-Fi network? Is that correct? Start with how the Internet is coming into the home and how it is getting to the phone, piece by piece please, to try and help diagnose this.
