I went to the apple store and I got an apple iphone replacement so what does this mean?(flat rate repair retail-int) and how much should i pay that ??

This is what you did, so that is why you have to pay it.
Apple does not repair iPhones. It's a flat rate to exchange your phone for a refurbished one. Why should you pay that? Because that is what Apple charges.

You do realize, that we are just users like you. We don't work for apple, and can only speculate based on the information you are providing us. Why don't you contact the store that you visited, and ask them to explain the repair to you???
