ok , thanks. have you a nice day . i will call apple
You don't need to bother. The normal amount you would pay (if your device wasn't covered by warranty for some reason) is $329. However, see the AMOUNT DUE part? That's the part that says how much you owe Apple. $0. They did not charge you. And how does Apple have your Visa card information? Do you mean on your iTunes account? That has nothing to do with paying Apple for a service. Your credit card is only on file for your iTunes & App Store purchases. A service fee is not an iTunes or App Store purchase.
Additionally, even if it WAS, you'd have to authorize the charge with your Apple ID password.
The reason the $329 is there is because that is the normal replacement fee, and the store needs to keep track of those. But the Amount Due part is what you owe... $0.
Feel free to call Apple if you like, but you're going to look ridiculous.
If you go to a store and there's a $100 item on sale for $75, when you go to the register, it rings up as $100, then the discount is applied, dropping it down to $75. The receipt may show the NORMAL cost and then the ADJUSTED cost.
You're intelligent enough to know how to pixelate out the private information on that invoice before posting it (which is good), but you son't understand what 'Amount Due' means?
Are we being Punk'd here?

See where it says "Amount Due: $0.00?" The repair rate for an iPhone is $329, but since your phone is still in warranty, it's waived, so it was a free replacement.

come on, some people tell me i should pay , some people tell me i don't need to pay . which one is right ????
Well It says amount due $0.00.
You do realize, that we are just users like you. We don't work for apple, and can only speculate based on the information you are providing us. Why don't you contact the store that you visited, and ask them to explain the repair to you???
Apple does not repair iPhones. It's a flat rate to exchange your phone for a refurbished one. Why should you pay that? Because that is what Apple charges.
The exchange rate for an iPhone 6 is $329.00. That's what you paid.
You pay a flat rate to get your iPhone repaired out of warranty.
This is what you did, so that is why you have to pay it.
what the part in the apple's warranty ? and the problem in my iphone 6 is the front camera is off the centre, and the apple tell me that's can go to the apple store to replace.you didn't need to pay that。
You don't know if you gave them money or not.
I find that all but impossible to believe.
Did you have them cash?
Did you write them a check?
Did you hand them gold coins?
Did you hand them a credit card and sign a receipt?
Come on. Did you pay them or not?
can you tell me what the mean is flat rate repair retail -int ? and why should i pay that ?
Did they charge you?
Not sure what you are asking us.
Only you would know if you paid them or not.
i don't know 。
no. i did't pay that .
I didn't pay.but apple have my visa card information
come on, some people tell me i should pay , some people tell me i don't need to pay . which one is right ????
