You cannot update an iPhone 4 beyond iOS 7.1.2
You cannot update to iOS 8
You cannot update to iOS 9
You cannot update to iOS 10
You cannot update to iOS 11
You cannot update to any iOS version after 7.1.2

If you want a newer version of iOS, you'll need a newer phone.
As stated 113 times in this thread alone, the iPhone 4 can not be upgraded beyond 7.1.2. There is no magic way to do so.
