This is definitely a scam! I called the number and it was transferred to a "help line". They asked me to go to another browser and allow him access to my computer to "fix" the problem. When I recursed he hung up on me. I called the number back and it says Phoenix Consulting. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS. Just restart your safari without an internet connection... it should work fine.
