RAM iphone 5s ios 8.1.2

I hope you guys can help me out.

Last week, I bought an Iphone 5s 64gb, and I updated to ios 8.1.2.

After turning it on after a restore and without installing anything, no apps, music, didn't opened safari, I decided to download Battery Doctor.

I was freaked out because Memory Usage (RAM) was showing 70-77% used (which left only 200mb of free ram)

I boosted it, and it went from 200mb free to 700mb free. But simply I closed the app and re-opened it, it was again 70-77% of memory ram usage.

Does my IPhone have a memory ram issue or is it working as expected?

On my iphone 5, running ios 7.1.2, usually there's 300-400mb of ram used and plenty of free ram

I don't know what's hapenning.

but taking a look at this print screen that I uploaded..what would you say? Is everything working fine?

yes, that is okay for me, I mean, the numbers you just wrote. That is similar to the numbers on my iPhone 5 with ios 7.1.2. But on the iPhone 5S, I just can't figure out why the app and even benchmarks are showing that there's almost no free RAM on it
