Wow! Thanks Morgon, glad I didn't waste time searching for something obvious or useful.
thank you this worked great!!!
On Macbook Pro under list of calls use two finger click on touchpad, Remove all Recents will appear click and you are done. Macbook Early 2015 Retina Version

I found this post after trying to delete audio calls from my FaceTime on my MacBook Air. I could not find any option to remove all... I realized my iPhone is linked to my account. When I deleted recent calls from my phone, they disappeared from FaceTime as well.
The only way I've figured out how to do it on the mac is slide my finger across the call to get the delete. However you have to do this one at a time. Not very efficient. I've deleted recent calls on my phone and it deletes all the face time calls to but not on my mac. Got to be a trick in there somewhere.
it did not work in the audio window but removed them all when i control clicked the video window
GOT TO BE!
Isn't that inconvenient!
Why didn't I think of that!?!
Actually, I know you Tommy! I also know where you were when you took this screenshot. Familiar places!!
Many thanks!
Open FaceTime , go to top bar click edit then select delete recent.
