am i the only one that feels this way? I have been working on this for 3 hours now and i am not happy!
yes and i put the card in the slot. I am not that lost. but nothing happens!

It's alright. What was happening was you were modifying your original question so anyone that came upon it after you went forward had no idea what you were doing. Slow down a little and take time to try the troubleshooting suggestions that have been offered.
ok I did that but nothing came up!
I put the card in and nothing happen. I even have a memory card gateway and it used to work but now does not register in my iPhoto. Does anyone have this problem with iPhoto?

Then why did you buy a Mac? Are you really expecting Mac to run like a PC?
