How do I edit APN settings for an iPad Air 2 to enable cellular data? I can not find a settings menu for this function.

Airport Extreme 802.11ac, Windows 7, Error -6753 using AirPortSetup.exe

For Consumer Cellular you will need to add their APN profile. My device didn't have a APN settings entry in the menu but they gave me a URL to go to when connected to wifi. http://www.consumercellular.com/iphoneapn

After a restart my iPad mini could connect to their network.

I had the same problem with a new iPad Air 2 while trying to use a Consumer Cellular nano sim. After NUMEROUS NUMEROUS calls to apple support and to CC, the unlockit.co.nz website saved my cookies once again. I've used the site a few other times prior to build in new APN Consumer Cellular settings on other iPads. FYI - CC has never heard of a "data only" SIM.
