How do I edit APN settings for an iPad Air 2 to enable cellular data?

How do I edit APN settings for an iPad Air 2 to enable cellular data? I can not find a settings menu for this function.

Airport Extreme 802.11ac, Windows 7, Error -6753 using AirPortSetup.exe

I was not aware that the Nano Phone SIM and Nano Data (only) SIM were different and NOT interchangeable!

So Thank You very much for getting me straightened out on that issue! Solves my problem 🙂
