ken burns effect deny photo import

Hallo I updated iMove to 6.03, but now if I make a project encoded for MPEG4, it doesn't permit import photo on project if ken-burn effect has been selected.
On iMove 6.02 it worked!
What can I do? or please how can downgrade Imove release to 6.02?

YEs, i recently emptied the trash....so what should i
do to fix it? Start over?

There's no need to start over; just re-import the lost image to a new clip.

Karl,
please do you know if is there a knowledge database for errors code? Becouse I've the error string "Error code = -2098" and I'd like understand what is it.

Use Advanced Search to search Apple for the phrase "error codes"

Back to old time visdom then: Don't empthy iMovie trash.

If they deleted that faclity from the beginning the problems in iM-forum
would be significantly less.

The gain with a trash is less to non compared to all problem it creates.

Back to old time visdom then: Don't empthy iMovie trash.

Sometimes I delete just certain clips from the Trash. When there are large clips in the Trash I want to get rid of — discarded Ken Burns-rendered clips, for example — I select those clips in the Trash window and hit the Delete Selected Clips button. That gets rid of the big stuff without disturbing the source images for other clips. We Update those Ken Burns clips later with no problem.

The trick is to look for large files in the iMovie Trash and discard those, leaving the rest.

But I wholeheartedly agree, none of this should be necessary.
