How to delete User, minus sign grayed out? (MacBook pro)

How do I delete an user account when the minus sign is grayed out? I am currently logged in as administrator and see the standard user I would like to delete under other users but the minus signed is grayed out.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Just asking, but with the lock unlocked, have you highlighted the account you want to delete first?

It is highlighted and it will let me add but the minus sign remains grayed out.

I thought OG was the top admin user, and just to the right of the date/time at the top of the screen you don't see OG?
